CFA’s thoughts: The holy week is certainly a significant week in Christianity and Good Friday is certainly one that is celebrated across the world.
I have been longing to write an article in honour of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ who suffered shame and humiliation on the cross of calvary for our sake and I may still do but for now enjoy these profound thoughts from Coach Lanre Olusola.

DEATH Seems Final
DEATH Brings about Uncertainty
DEATH births the FEAR of the Unknown
However when you’re Already Dead;
Nothing can Phase You
ALL Fear is Gone
“He who is down they say fears no fall”
So DEATH is the NEW LIFE
DEATH is the REASON why Today is called GOOD FRIDAY
Good Friday is a religious holiday observed primarily by Christians commemorating the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ and his DEATH at Calvary.
This Simply MEANS that DEATH is GOOD
BECAUSE of DEATH:
Today-Good Friday; Tomorrow-Easter Saturday; Easter Sunday and Easter Monday are Celebrated Holidays World Wide.
This Period is also observed as a Holy Week By Christians Globally
Note that each day we live is one day less; It means each NEW day brings us closer to our DEATH
If so as WE REFLECT ON THIS DEATH DAY “GOOD FRIDAY” Let us ASK OURSELVES the following questions;
What do I want to DIE for?
As a result of the life I have lived; If I Die at this Moment How will I be remembered ?
What will be my LEGACY?
If I had a Second Chance to Influence my LEGACY…
How would I like to be remembered?
What NEEDS to Change in my Life NOW?
What ACTIONS MUST I STOP? What THOUGHTS, BELIEFS, WORDS and FEELINGS MUST I STOP; START; CONTINUE?
